“Italian Coffee Icons – your success, our history” is a series of interview, designed by Bazzara and born from the desire to give a voice to those figures of the Italian coffee scene who, in recent years, have kept one of the best delicacies of our country safe from that impoverishment of ideas and commitment which is weakening many other sectors, which once helped to make Made in Italy a source of envy.
